The purpose of this collection method is to determine the length, width and depth of a reach relative to the roadway surface. At the point at which the reach crosses under the roadway there will be a mechanism; a pipe, culvert or bridge used to convey habitat and water. The data provided will be used to make a determination as to how this mechanism may be changed (ie. altered or removed and replaced) to correct obstructions and return the conveyance to suitable standards.
